REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY
At STAT Aesthetics Center, we pride ourselves on ensuring every client is satisfied with their results. For all purchased services, there are NO REFUNDS.
However, UNUSED sessions/treatments/purchases can be credited towards others services. Services and treatments are non-transferable.
Products can be returned, unopened with proof of purchase, within 30 days. Refunds will be credited back in the original form of payment. No returns on open products accepted.
Products purchased using Cherry, CareCredit, or AFFIRM will be credited back to the payment plan.
Unopened products can be exchanged for another product, minus 20% restocking fee.
